Access to nonsurgical procedures is included in your membership. However, their final cost is not. These in-office procedures are performed at a standard competitive price (more affordable than those paid for by your health insurance).

As a WellnestMD member, you can contact your provider via phone, email, or text.

Priority scheduling means that we do our best to accommodate immediate in-office visits to our concierge members for sick visits and immediate treatments as appropriate.

Yes. Our medical practice will not replace health insurance coverage. Wellnest Concierge Medicine is a primary care medical practice, not a health insurance program.

Coming soon that we will be accepting Insurance plans including Medicare. Covered Services – The Physician will continue to provide standard, necessary medical services (e.g., diagnosis, treatment of illness, preventative screenings, prescriptions) which will be billed separately to the Patient or the Patient’s insurance carrier, including Medicare/Medicaid if applicable and accepted by the Practice.

Some of the routine labs and special labs services are NOT medical care and are NOT covered by health insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. It will be however be included in your membership fees or at a discounted price.

Yes, we will order imaging for which we recommend using your health insurance. The bills or charges by your insurance carrier or specialized lab processing centers are not in our control.

Yes, we do not lock clients into a long term contract after a 3 month minimum membership. If you need to leave at any time, we just ask for 30 days’ written notice, and we will prorate any money in your account back to you for the remaining paid months. Please read the patient agreement while signing up for more details or speak with us.

“Pricing subject to change” means we charge membership in this package per person and offer select pricing depending on the number of members in your plan.

Yes, at WellnestMD, we accept your FSA or HSA for our regenerative and recovery services.
