  • Personalized, coordinated healthcare in one location with the doctor.
  • An annual executive physical visit.
  • Quarterly meetings with your doctor, the first of its kind informal sessions between provider and client to align your goals of care.
  • Unlimited office visits with secondary visits for all urgent medical issues and non-urgent issues.
  • Globally accessible 24/7 contact with Dr. Reddy, Dr. Padma, and their team, via phone, email, or text.
  • Related in-office non-surgical procedures. These in-office procedures are offered/done at a standard competitive price, cheaper than those paid for by your health insurance.
  • In-home sick visits with the doctor, immediate treatments, and imaging if possible/appropriate (For Evolution tier only).
  • We are an out-of-network medical practice for your health insurance carriers, which means the practice does not have a contract with your medical insurance plan provider.
  • Optional at-home blood draws; no more waiting in a lab, office, or testing center for an extra price.
