  • Upfront one fair price, book at your convenience for in-person or tele visits between 9A-6P, included age appropriate and sickness/ disease related labs, yearly/ annual check-up, age-appropriate cancer screening -immunization recommendations, open 5 days M-F, available 24/7 via patient portal, unlimited sick visits in the office
  • EternaCare Elite, Introductory rate of $415.00 per person for the first four families of four or greater, for the first year.

When you’re an annual WellNest member you are entitled to

  • Book your appointment time at your convenience from 9 AM to 6 PM.
  • Personalized, coordinated healthcare in one location with the doctor every time.
  • An annual executive physical visit. (all tiers)
  • Quarterly meetings with your doctor, the first of its kind informal sessions between provider and client to align your goals of care. (Wellnest Tier and Evolution Tier)
  • Unlimited office visits with secondary visits for all urgent medical issues and non-urgent issues. (all tiers)
  • Globally accessible 24/7 contact with Dr. Reddy, Dr. Padma, and their team, via phone, patient portal, email, or text (select tiers only).
  • Related in-office non-surgical procedures. These in-office procedures are offered/done at a standard competitive price, cheaper than those paid for by your health insurance.
  • In-home sick visits with the doctor, immediate treatments, and imaging if possible/appropriate (For Evolution tier only).
  • We are an out-of-network medical practice for your health insurance carriers, which means the practice does not have a contract with your medical insurance plan provider.
  • Optional at-home blood draws; no more waiting in a lab, office, or testing center for an extra price.

  • At Home sick visits based on severity with immediate IV hydration and medications given in the comfort of your home.
  • Close follow up with patient health tracking; share data with your doctor using your current health gadgets/devices.
  • Practice special labs included for risk of Heart disease, Dementia, Liver disease, Kidney disease for all Evolution tier patients only.
  • Epigenetic tests every 6 months
  • Oncogenetic testing and analysis report with discussion, based on the family history or use of certain supplements/peptides.
